Returns & Refunds

  • All returns require a Return Authorization Number. Unauthorized returns may be refused or accepted without refund.
  • A returned product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • All returns must be in original packaging, as originally received
  • All returns must be received to our warehouse within 30 days of original ship date (This can be found in your shipment confirmation email).
  • Our usual returns policy does not apply to sales goods. You have seven days to return a sale item, with the exception of ‘final sale’ items (all priced ending .55 cents) which cannot be returned.
  • For all transactions, exclusions apply (see below)*
    • With the exception of FINAL SALE options, you have seven days in which to return sale items.
    • The discounts on our FINAL SALE options (all priced ending in .55 cents) are so good that we are unable to accept returns.

*Please note: When returning goods which you bought using a discount or offer, we will adjust the refund accordingly if you fall below the discount/offer threshold, as that discount or offer will no longer apply. 

  • The following products may not be returned for a refund:
    • Gift cards
    • Custom items
    • Off-line purchases
    • Sale items
    • Discontinued products

Returns Process

If you have a defective product or damaged shipment, you must notify us within 20 days of original ship date (This will show in your shipment confirmation email).

  • Click the link at the bottom of this page to be directed to the Return Authorization page.
  • We will issue a Return Authorization Number and return label.
  • Place the return label over the original label.
  • Drop off the package at your preferred parcel drop-off.
  • Exchanges or refunds will be issued when product is received in our warehouse in its original condition


  • Refunds will be authorized when return is received into our warehouse.
  • For free-shipping offers, our cost of shipping may be deducted from the refund amount.
  • Refunds will not be issued for returns received more than 30 days after the original ship date.
  • Refunds may be reduced or denied if product is not received in original packaging and condition originally received.
  • Refunds will be credited back to the card used for the original purchase within 7 days. Some card issuers may take up to 45 days to reflect the refund.


  • Defective products and damaged shipments may be eligible for an exchange
  • For exchanges, we will process your replacement shipment as soon as we receive notice that your return has been scanned by the parcel carrier.

Returns Address

Do not return an item without a return authorization. If you are sending back a return without a provided label, you should write the RA# (Return Authorization Number) on the package and send to the following address:
