Product Defects or Shipping Damage

We take great care when producing and shipping our products. If you ever receive a product that you feel is defective, or a shipment that has been damaged in transit, please contact us immediately!

Always save your shipping & packaging materials! Some carriers may require an inspection of those materials to process a damage claim. We may require photo documentation of those shipping materials if we packaged something poorly, so we can learn and not repeat our mistake.


If you receive a product that you believe is defective or was damaged prior to shipping, please contact us. If you are able to provide photos clearly showing the problem, we will be able to process an exchange or replacement much faster.

Shipment Damage

Always save your shipping materials! When a package is damaged in transit, we will process a claim with the carrier. In some cases, the carrier may want to collect the damaged item(s) and packaging in order to process the claim. If they are unable to collect this and deny the damage claim, this may void your claim to us.

Contact us immediately if you have shipping damage. If you are able to provide photos of the damage, that will help us expedite the claim to the carrier and help us get replacements out to you much faster.
